Where are your products from?
Mytheast can source the most authentic and quality products from East Asia. The products are imported directly from their local brands, supplier and agents, ensuring all imported products are 100% genuine. 

How is your product quality?
Mytheast promises that all of our products meet the Hong Kong and international standards.

Order and Shipping

Do you accept payment in other currencies?
Our store currency is United States Dollars (USD) though you are welcome to pay with your own credit or debit card. The amount will be charged in your local currency, adjusted for your card issuer’s exchange rate and fee if applicable.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! everywhere! Free shipping!

Do I need to pay any additional charges?
No, any additional charges by your local government are already covered by us.

Can I change my shipping address or something on my order?
Yes. Please email us as soon as possible. We generally process orders within 3 days, and once we have processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

I still have not received my package, how can I do?
Please send the order details to us by email and we will handle it immediately.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please send us an email to us with your order details and we will cancel it and issue your refund promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the products have been dispatched.

Mytheast works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Also, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
